City of Greenville: Unity Park Asset Maintenance Shop and Offices

Adaptive re-use of an existing 8,200 SF warehouse and office space. The project scope included a completely demolished and re-built metal decking and TPO roof system, a new exterior entry deck, new automatic sectional garage doors, exterior storefront, interior framing, upgraded sewer and water service, plumbing, new electrical service, HVAC, fire alarm, exterior and interior lighting, casework, interior doors, and an approximately 6,000 SF heated and ventilated shop space.
